NOTICE OF THE MEETING OF THE TOWN OF SHEBOYGAN PLAN COMMISSION

Sheboygan, WI 53081 at which time the Plan Commission will hear all persons interested in the following matters:
PUBLIC HEARINGS – CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATIONS

Parcel Size: less than 1 acre

Purpose of Petition: Request for a conditional use permit to allow construction of an additional 30’ x 36’ (1,080 sq. ft.) detached garage on property that has an existing 20’ x 20’ (400 sq. ft.) attached garage for a total of 1,480 sq. ft. R2 zoning requires a conditional use permit for garages over 1,200 sq. ft.
Interested persons may contact the Clerk to obtain a map of the areas referenced above or to file written concerns. All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard at the Public Hearing. Immediately after the hearings the Plan Commission will conduct a meeting to review and consider the information in order to make a recommendation to the Town Board.
